They are about 3/4 inch short on the front fender wells. On my 2010 Ford F-150, but other than that they look great. You really need two people to install correctly so you don't scratch the side of your truck. would recommend..

Not worth 5 stars as it isn't quite 100% the same as the original, but to actually see any difference you would have to really look closely at the two. and nobody does that. It took all of about 2 minutes to install, lit up perfectly fine, has its own bulbs, and is waaaaay cheaper than going to autozone and getting the part for $100, which probably would have been this exact same piece, only in some nice packaging that i would have had to use a knife to cut thru. I'm happy with it.

We purchased this horn to provide a louder replacement for the stock horn on our Mazda speed6.It did the trick.It has a unique but pleasant sound and roughly 50% louder than the pair of orginal horns. I like the rubber mat truck bed liners because paint cans don't fly around like popcorn in a popcorn machine when you take a turn.I like the slick truck bed liners as well because you can slide a big pile of brush out the back of your pickup in one pile with relative ease.This puts me in a bit of a dilemma when searching for a truck bed liner.Why not make a liner with rubber on one side of the liner, and then that slick plastic on the other side.When you are hauling paint flip it over to the rubber side up.When you are hauling brush flip it so the slick side is up.Maybe they could be made in Iraq to fit the major truck beds on the market.We need to give the Iraqi people some kind of Marshall Plan.I am not big on out sourcing, but I'll give this idea away if it could bring some kind of peace and prosperity to a nation that is in need of it.Billy Mays could sell these bed liners like hotcakes on TV.

Putco 580505 Element Tinted Window Visor - Set of 4 Review

I installed this visor on 2006 Hummer H3 and found it to be very easy to install, it has been on the car for a few months now and still holding up great.Under $30 this is trully a steal as most in channel visors for an H3 will probably cost you around $100.I have read many reviews and been shopping around for these for quite a while before making the purchase.I have seen mixed reviews on the external Putco visors so was a bit sceptical, but at this price I could not pass it up.I am very happy with my decision.
The only problem I run into is that the instructions sent with this item are wrong, basically if you look at the pictures and read the instructions you would have to install the visors on the wrong side of the car.When you match the instructions to what is actually labeled on the visors they are opposite.The left side actually fits on the rights side of the car.Since it will not fit the way they tell you to install them it's pretty obvious and simple to install on the other side instead.As soon as I picked up the piece I could tell it was labeled incorrectly.
Now there was also another problem but I believe now it might be something with my car window.I could not get the passanger side rear visor to fit properly.Unless I held it tightly in the channel againts the frame, the window would not close and got stuck on the visor.I had the piece replaced and the same thing happened again.What I did to fix it is I slightly cut away a piece of the visor and polished it so that it is thinner from what the factory made it.Now the window opens and closes fine.

Recon 26416X Xtreme 60" Tailgate Light Bar Amber, Red & White Scanning LED Review

I have installed the Recon Xtreme 60" tailgate light bar on my 1986 Dodge Ram short bed truck.It was not easy to do.I had to drill holes in the bed to hold the bar on as I had no confidence that the adhesive strips would hold.In fact, they did not as it pulled the paint off of the bed!So I removed the adhesive strips that were attached to the bar with short screws.I then drilled holes in the bed to support the bar.It is a much better installation and is removable for painting.I also had to run a hot 12v wire from under the hood to the light bar and a seperate brake light sense wire from the brake switch to the light bar.One of the white LED bulbs is very weak for the backup lights but I will live with that problem.The amber turn sequential turn signals are very neat and the brake and backup LED lights work well. I contacted the customer support people at Recon and found them to be unhelpful and unknowledgeable about their own product.The instructions that came with the light bar were awful.This is not a product for the person that is not mechanically inclined.I suppose it would be easier to install on a late model pickup that had suitable wiring already available.

Accutire MS-5520B RV & Truck Gauge large LCD w/.5 resolution 0 - 150 PSI Review

I bought this tire gauge specifically to check the tire pressure of my F350 dually.The factory installed steel extenders made using pencil type gauges or other digital gauges impractical, particularly for checking the inner and outer rear tires.Even though this gauge is sold for 'dual rear wheel trucks', I had to bend the steel tube about 5 degrees so it could make solid contact with the inner tire inflation stem.Once it was bent, the gauge worked perfectly!NOTE: I had friends at a machine shop bend the steel tube for me, it was too stiff to bend by hand or in a vice.The gauge has big digits that are easy to read, even without my cheater glasses.The air release button on the handle is convienent to use - even though I first thought it was for the display.I have found it best to test the pressure, add more air than needed and then slowly release it using a combination of the button and disengaging and reengaging the gauge and testing until you get the desired tire pressure.I found that if I failed to disengage and then reengage the tire pressure gauge, it tended to give me the same reading without resetting.The guys at the garages always 'OHHHH and AHHHH' when I open the case and pull out this impressive tool.It was well worth the money and Amazon had the best price of the various sites I visited while price shopping.Oh, yea, I had to cut the plastic case a tad to allow for the bent tube to properly fit in the case so it would close.

Heininger 4045 HitchMate TruckStep for 2" Receiver Review

At first blush I thought I had a ringer but was I surprised and happy with my new HitchMate.The clincher was a buddy has one on his pick up and it works wonderfully and far better than I could have dreamed.On it went and with ease I add joyfully.In the background was a little urchin suggesting that I would mess up the installation, as usual; however, the Tool Guy was looking over my good shoulder and it went on without a (this is awful) hitch.Please forgive me for that.How does it work, you asked?Well, just downright perfectly.There was little funny about watching a big old chunk trying to load a bunch of bags of mulch or stuff in the back while trying to reach farther than the body could handle and getting up was not an option thanks to defective knees.The HitchMate provided the perfect tool for the tasks and boy did I hear it from the knees.Those knobby devils were clapping and slapping their cartiledges as if they could do some happy talk.When done it was a simple slid to store the step in its receiver and on we go to the next task.I do not use it a lot; however, I use it far more than I would have expected and therefore making it a fantastic addition to the tool bag.

Chrome Nautilus 139db Compact Dual Tone Air Horn Just Plug-n-Blow-Perfect for UTV, Motorcycles, Car & Trucks Review

This horn does what it's intended to do, very loudly!I've already used it several times to catch the attention of women w/van fulls of kids who were more interested in texting than looking out for bikers. And this horn sounds like a mini-version of a big rig truck!

Putting it on was somewhat of a pain and you have to set up the wiring a certain way, however instructions are easy.

The thing doesn't look especialy attractive.It's plastic w/chrome and the bare (pot metal) spot their looks really cheap.

As much as I despise buying ANYTHING made in China, I do like this horn alot and highly recommend it, especialy if you're in a congested area with frequent, heavy traffic.

Cruiser Accessories 61510 Classic Combo Kits, Black/Clear Review

Bubble Shield: Clear bubble shield is clear as stated. I bought two "smoke" shield in addition because I like smoke look much better. Clear shield should be used to protect license plate, instead of making the car look better. You won't be able to notice clear shield unless you are close to the car.

Frame: I couldn't tell the difference between "classic" frame vs. "Nouveau" frame by looking the picture, both are sold by cruiser accessories. Classic frame is slightly thinner than Nouveau, but it comes out higher than Nouveau. Nouveau is almost flat.I used classic frame on my SUV and Nouveau on my coupe. They use same material, and they both look good.

Screw cover: screw covers are plastic and works only with screws with small screwhead.They probably won't work with screws you got from dealership. You should buy screws from cruiser accessories if you want to use these.
Once you put the cap on, it is hard to pop the cap out. I use (-) screw driver to pop the screw cover out. It's not easy, but it can be done after few tries.

Highland 3146000 Black and Silver Heavy Duty Stainless Bull Ring Anchor Point Review

The plastic top plate broke completely off and the lower clamp assembly fell down into the stake pocket on my 2006 GMS Sierra when I was tightening the screws.I used a screwdriver with what I thought was normal force, not a power drill.

They looked like they would have worked ok if they'd not broken during installation, though.I ended up ordering a version of these that has metal-to-metal contact at the installation point instead of plastic-to-metal.

this is a great body lift and it looks good but i had some problems with the bolts for the bed. they where to short. the product came with 4 inch bolts and about 8 for the bed. but you need 5 inch bolts to successfully screw them in. I went with 5 1/2 inch just incase.

Highland 1100100 Aluminum Ramp Top Kit Review

Unfortunatly this kit was shipped in it's original box. The extra clear shipping tape used to strengthen the box was a nice touch. So now I have a kit with no hardware due to the container that arrived with a hole in it. Amazing this kit was not shipped within another box. A good design for the ramp ends though. I wanted the kit with the alluminum wraping the board on the bottom and top of it. The sandwich effect would have given the kit the extra support needed for my motorcycle. I was unable to coordinate that order for that style. Try it and you will know what I mean. So I figure I will use some stong pan washers with some stainless hardware I haven't purchased yet. Between Rampart, Highland and Amazon's websites, no contact numbers to address the shipping disaster, I would rate this as a disappointment. Clearly a possible home run if one could actually get the product they had hoped for.

Elegant 02275-01 Saddleblanket Truck Bench W Headrest Seat Cover Review

This seat cover cannot be recommended.It does not fit and the attachment method is so poor and the instructions so lacking that it should not be sold on the Amazon site.First thing out of the box you have a difficult time deciding which way to layout the seat cover on the seat.Once you decide the correct layout, then the mysterious attachment method has to be figured out.There are a series of attachment strings made of what appears to be cotton material ribbons.No clues are given where these are to be attached.I tried stringing them under the seat into the springs and when I tried to pull them snug one or two ripped out of the material and broke.I cannot imagine that they would last any time in actual use.The fit was so poor that I decided to live with the tear in the original seat as it was more comfortable than the bunched up wad of material that this seat cover turned into.In the end, it was not even worth sending back and I threw it away and took the loss.

Sorry, but this product does not warrant any stars...........do not waste your money.

Batman Classic Logo Front & Rear Carpet Car Truck SUV Floor Mat Review

Gave these as a gift to my husband. He loved them and go great in his truck. Kind of pricey but you can't find them in retail stores like target anymore so I was willing to pay a little extra to complete the "bat truck". Only complaint is that the mats were folded into a box for shipping and one of the bat logo was starting to come off the mat. We just glued it back down. Seem to be okay.
