To start off I read the first review and the item had been given one star so I was hesistant to spend the money but this was such a good deal compared to other retailers that I thought I would take the chance and be lucky.The item shipped way faster than I had anticipated but when it arrived the box it came in had no packaging and was barely even closed.I could actually see the item hanging out of it (what you get for choosing free shipping i suppose).I was worried about dents but there were none only a few scratches which weren't to bad.Then I checked and there were no keys....great.

I called Amazon using their immediate call back feature and the woman on the phone told me there was no replacement keys in stock and they also didn't have any more of the item, she did tell me they would refund my account the $10 it cost to have new keys shipped to me straight from Delta.In the end it all worked out and I was properly prepared for a little problem due to the previous review so it wasn't to upsetting.
