Recon 264132BK LED Fender Lights 1999-2008 Ford Super Duty (4-Piece Set) - Smoked Lens with Black Trim Review

Two of my four fender markers went out on my 2000 Ford Dually. Purchased these to replace all four, the LED lights are a cool option and should last longer then the original Ford ones. Ordered them and requested one day shipping (got them the next day, good job Amazon), after opening the package which contained four lights, a couple of cleaning pads and four single sided tape pads (this I guess goes onto the lamp assembles). The reason I'm guessing is because there were no installation instructions. I returned the item and ordered another set because I thought some items were missing from the package. Well the new set arrived and the same thing, no installation instructions. I'm no rocket scientist but I'm also not the dumbest person in the world either, I could not figure out how to mount them. Not sure if I was to use some of the parts from the old lamp assembly (Ford stock parts) or what. I returned this set also. What would it take to place a single sheet of paper in the box with the installation instructions and a list of the parts that are included? As a side note I went onto the Recon site to see if they had the installation instructions on line and of course they did not. I would not recommend these at all.
